Our Cottages

The duplex style, one-story cottage homes at Dirigo Pines are sited to maximize your privacy while maintaining a warm feeling of community. Every cottage offers a living room, dining area, fully applianced kitchen, master bedroom with walk-in closet, guest bedroom, two baths, screened-in porch, and attached garage. Some cottages also have a den. There are many interior finish options and upgrades available.

One monthly fee provides for such services as 24-hour emergency response, grounds keeping, snow plowing, trash removal, and building repairs and maintenance. You will also enjoy the convenience of the array of services and facilities in the central Inn, including a lovely gathering room with a large fireplace, dining rooms, library, hair salon, media/game room, fitness studio, and activity rooms. There is even a private dining room, which you are welcome to reserve for your own gatherings.
